In a chordoma cell line, UCH1, we performed siRNA interference assay to achieve specific knockdown of T isoforms. Three groups were created: negative control( NC siRNA treated), T-long isoform knockdown, T-short isoform knockdown. Each group had three biological repeats. Then, 9 samples were conducted whole transcriptome sequencing. |
