The understanding of the genomic information for recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma (rNPC) is very poor. Therefore, We performed whole-genome/whole-exome sequencing of fresh tumors and corresponding blood samples from 55 rNPC and 44 primarily diagnosed NPC (pNPC) patients. |
