Ripe rot of kiwifruit, caused by Botryosphaeria dothidea, extensively damages kiwifruit prouduction. Our previous study has shown that kiwifruit variety"Jinyan"is resistant to B. dothidea and"Hongyang" is susceptible. For a comparative analysis of the response to B. dothidea infection in "Jinyan" and"Hongyang" varieties, we performed a transcriptome profiling by RNA-seq. |
