Description DNA methylation is one of the most important epigenetic mechanisms in regulating gene expression. Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma is one of the most common head and neck carcinomas with high mortality rate. The molecular mechanisms of LSCC need to be extensively explored. In the present study, Whole genome bisulfite Sequencing method was applied to compare DNA methylomes of laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma tissues and the adjacent non-cancerous normal tissues and identify the differentially methylated regions (DMRs).
