Description We established a method for directly converting mouse embryonic fibroblasts (MEFs) into glandular epithelial cells using only a chemical cocktail and thus, identified a new cell source that can be used for the reconstruction of the uterus or other organs. Our study offers a strategy for treating uterine infertility and the related reproductive medical applications.
