To evaluate the predictive power of height-associated SNPs from GIANT study in 2014 in Uyghurs. Several variants for about 700 Uyghur individuals were genotyped on Illumina Infinium Global Screening Array 650K and adult height phenotype was acquired using a stadiometer from all sample. |
