Description |
The 24th recoverable satellite of China was designed specifically for experiments on microgravity physics and space life science that are collectively referred to as the SJ-10 programme. We participated in the SJ-10 programme using Rad9-/- mESCs and corresponding wild-type mESCs as study models, comparing the gene expression profiles of these models after 1 day or 5 days of culture in space to those of their counterparts on the ground |
