Description |
The PRC1 complexes regulate gene expression by compacting chromatin and its component CBX2 can bind specifically to the product of PRC2 catalysis, H3K27me3, and functions downstream of PRC2. However, rare data showed the binding profile of CBX2 in cancer cell lines. Here, we show the presence of CBX2 in A549 cell line and demonstrate a role of CBX2 in regulating gene expression in lung adenocarcinoma. |
