Description On the basis of whole genome methylome data of 45 soybean accessions, we detected the DNA methylation selection regions during soybean domestication and improvement. Combing the re-sequence, smRNA-seq, RNA-seq datasets for the same accessions, we further dissected the relationship between DNA methylation selection regions and genetic variations.
