Description To characterize the potential role of DNA methylation in DSB repair, we performed methylated DNA immunoprecipitation (MeDIP) coupled with high-throughput sequencing. DNA samples from recovery for 30 min and 2 h after irradiation, or non-irradiated HeLa cells were isolated. Then MeDIP-enriched 5mC sequences and unenriched input genomic DNA were subjected to deep sequence.
