Description We choose three strains of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii(cc124,cc849,T1),using transcriptome sequencing to analyze the hydrogen production process of them. The purpose of the study is to identify the important genes and pathways that affect the hydrogen production process;drawing a clear map of C.reinhardtii hydrogen production metabolism network;and by comparing three different strains which have a different hydrogen production amounts and rates, identifying the genes that affect the process the most.
