Description |
The suspected link between Zika virus (ZIKV) infection and microcephaly has raised urgent global alarm.To investigate the global impact of ZIKV infection on the whole developing brain at the molecular level, we carried out global transcriptome analyses (RNA-seq). Global gene expression analysis of infected brains reveals the dysregulation of immune response, apoptosis and microcephaly associated genes. |
