Description |
To exploit the advantage of PacBio sequencing’s long reads as possible in full-length transcripts study, we used Hiseq2000 paired-end reads to correct CCSs with different minimum predicated accuracy (MPA) and validated the full-length splicing isoforms by verifying the chained splicing junctions with at least 2 uniquely mapped Hiseq2000 reads. |
